aephi probation

So I just checked the AU greek life website and AEPhi is listed on probation through spring 2016??? I thought FSL had let them off the hook

Being on probation literally means nothing. DG is on social probation for life and Pi Kapp is still on probation (probably not the best example). There's always one at least once a year.

Fun history fact: SigDelt actually used to be decent at AU. Then, they got put on harsh probation, and three years later, they were indisputably the bottom. Probation IS a big deal, as it should be. Sorry you got caught.

dg is not on probation. their nationals settled that issue separately and it's been years. get over it.

for probation and conduct status: au greek life website > chapters > chapter conduct status. the only sorority on probation is aephi and the only fraternity is pi kappa phi.

for grades and total numbers: au greek life > resources > community data and grade reports > spring 2015. (the numbers and gpas listed were counted AFTER graduation, so this is the standing going into the fall semester) DG is the largest sorority (bumping phi mu down to 2nd for the first time in a while) and kept their spot as having the highest GPA.

also interesting to note: aephi is on probation until May 9th, 2016 - even after this year's recruitment. hope their sisterhood is amazing, because recruiting new girls will be tough.

I can't believe they're on probation with their nationals too, not just AU...the hazing must have been worse than we thought. National probation is ROUGH.
