Middle Upper Tier:
Pike (get a lot of hate but they are solid, could be considered upper tier)
Sig Chi
Delt (who would've thought?)

Middle Tier:
AEPi (these guys could just as easily be in middle upper tier, but I feel they've gone downhill)
Alpha Sig
SigEp
