terrible -rest don't matter and are all bad

-SAE took a big step up in members and got some solid people
-Sigchi took another solid class like last year I think
-PSK fell off a little with poor recruiting but 3 of the dudes in the class are chill
- pike took a mid class
-sigep took a mid class
