PLEASE give me names of girls in phi mu that try to act southern. I don't think you could even scramble up five. This is the dumbest slam at phi mu. This is like saying DG acts nautical because their symbol is an anchor. It's stupid. Stop.

Phi Mu was founded in 1852 at Wesleyan College in Macon, Ga. and is the second oldest sorority in the nation. It is currently headquartered in Atlanta, Ga so I would suggest that it is, in fact, a "Southern" sorority and represents all things good about being Southern, i.e. tradition, culture, style, grace, philanthropy, generosity.

That doesn't mean the GIRLS act southern though. They don't. This stupid bows and pearls stereotype needs to go.

Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at American University - AU 3.8 Not the cutest, doesn't party the hardest, but definitely a diverse group on campus. There's a handful of every type of girl in this organization and they don't let these differences affect their sisterhood.

They like to pretend they're sweet and wonderful, but they cause all kinds of drama with other sororities, and when it comes to recruitment, they bid promise a ton and then cut them after Round 1.

Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at American University - AU 2.2 When I first came to AU, I thought these girls were really sweet and sisterly. But their last couple of classes have had bunch of wannabe social climbers and the whole thing feels very fake. Pretty sad to watch.

Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at American University - AU 4.0 I REALLY don't know who the posters below know in phi mu but none of my phi mu friends are "shy" and reserved, and plenty of them party. Just because they don't take a picture of every waking second they're at the club doesn't mean they don't go out.
