Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at American University - AU 3.7 Disappeared off the face of the earth after the Chi O scandal, but definitely making a bit of a comeback. Probably solid middle tier by next fall. Right now they’re still making up lost ground. Interested to see how this will play out

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at American University - AU 3.5 Beta recently is able to recruit again. Still pretty small but getting bigger. New pledge class is decent. I'd consider them middle tier since they arent as low as zbt or zeta but are really small. Hopefully they can get it going again.
