It seems like this frat is improving. They haven't thrown any parties in a while which kinda suck, but hope that they will soon. Most of the brothers are very nice and just wanna have a good time. Their parties are pretty sweet and have good themes in general. The house is better than in the previous years but could definitely be better, it is kinda small, and the fact that it is in a great neighboorhood attracts cops. Their new pledge class seems to be really good overall. They have the image of being the stoner frat but (for knowing most of them), this should not be the only thing that qualifies them. I honestly think that they are top tier and are approaching the level of the "top frats" on campus.
