At orientation, there was a girl wearing a KD button who only talked to girls that fit the “sorority stereotype,” and completely ignored anyone who didn’t. It didn’t sit right with me. Then looking at their Instagram, there’s barely any diversity, which just confirms what I felt — it’s disappointing, especially when I was right there

Being a part of AOII has truly been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. From day one, I felt like I had found a place where I could be 100% myself — surrounded by women who genuinely support, uplift, and love one another. Whether it’s needing someone for a late-night drive, a shoulder to lean on, or just someone to laugh with, I know I’ll always have a sister to count on. AOII has given me lifelong friends, unforgettable memories, and a sense of purpose — and I wouldn’t trade that for anything.
