I heard that they might have to give up their house? Would Gamma phi beta take it?

This rumor goes around every year and every year it is as inaccurate as it was previously. Gamma Phi Beta will be building their own house somewhere, possibly by DPhiE. False rumors do not help PNMs.

ADPi recently had the entire house renovated. They are not leaving. Gamma Phi Beta will build their own house. Probably, on an empty lot on the Graham Cracker.
