Just Coincidence?

In the past couple of years there appears to be a curse on "top Frats”. It started with Delta chi, then Pika, FIGI, phi delt, now, Sigma nu. Possibly KA is next. There might be others, but those stand out.
Just weird.

No really surprising the top frats have the worst hazing and bigger chapters which means more risk at a school like this

The ‘top frat’ seems to have a target on its back, but is oblivious to risk. The process keeps repeating.
