What frats are on a decline and which ones are getting better?

Phi Delt: Staying at top
KA: Same as Phi Delt
Sig Chi: Same as KA
ATO: Kinda decline but not really
Zeta Psi: Stop beating pledges and maybe you'll incline
Delta Sig: Eh, not moving
Sig Nu: Majorly on the rise. People noticed their PHAT PC
Lambda: No clue
TEP: Decline (kinda)
Pike: Mid tier not moving
Alpha Sig: Mid tier not moving
ADPHi: Incline
ZBT: Incline
Sig Ep: Big decline. Very top heavy (old) Almost no new members.
PSK:Eh idk
SAE: Incline. When you recruit well people notice. Still sus tho
Phi Tau: Big incline. Recruited far better than any of the other mid-bottom frats. Still a mixed bag tho.
Phi Psi: MAJOR Decline. Lost chapter house to TEP. Tough loss.
Chi Phi: Too small idk
DU: No idea
SAM: They're on the rise, but some of them are a lil creepy
Beta: No clue

Yes aepi is suspended til spring 2024 but they still have stuff and are involved bc they’re backed by nationals just not umd
