This was a wrong post in 2016.
First of all phi delt and Tridelt have been TOP house forever with it first being
Kappa and Tridelt
Kappa kicked off
Tridelt and KD
Tridelt and Theta
Tridelt and Alpha Phi...
My whole family went to Maryland and were in greek system. Kappa got kicked off, Theta moved into Kappas house, KD had a few top years...
Alpha Phi and KD and Theta were always considered top houses. AXID is new. AOPi seems to always stay in low top or high middle... never moves. Tridelt was always top or top 2. Never loses its spot.
Phi Delt the same. Mixes in top frat.

Or maybe family did go to Maryland. My mom was in a sorority...which was obv many years ago since I'm a sophomore. She said the post was right about tridelt/phidelt.
