Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Maryland, College Park - UMD 2.4 It'd be dumb to rush here. Maybe you'll have a semester or two of SOMO or very strict rules but its just a matter of time before they get in trouble again and they've used up a lot of their strikes. Also don't know why you'd want to join a fraternity that primarily the only one accused of assault
