Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Maryland, College Park - UMD 3.8 I love love love Chi Phi! They are all amazing brothers and I have spent a lot of time with them in and out of parties. Everyone in the frat is outgoing, very amicable, and lovable! They know how to have fun without trying to always get with girls. They aren't the typical frat douches but instead easily sociable friends. Although a lot of people don't know about this frat, those that do most definitely love them!
