University of Calgary, Canada - UofC 3.8 I can’t speak for the frat system, but in the sororities they do recruitment together so you meet both groups and can pick one if your sure. Or both if you would be happy with either. I wish that Greek life was more present and well known in canpus! It’s a great way to meet new people, get scholarships, and be more involved in community both on and off campus.

University of Calgary, Canada - UofC 4.0 Greeks at the U of C make a good impact for being a small percentage of the university. With thousands of dollars raised for different charities each year, they really make a difference. Also when joining you not only get 40 (or so) brothers/sisters, you also get to be friends with everyone else in Greek. The parties are fun and the connections are amazing. If there's any downfall with Greek it's that, like anything else with groups of people, there's drama within each group and between groups.
