well well well… DPHIE … now that rush is coming up and you are so badly dying for NMs I’m here to warn them all. DO NOT RUSH DPHIE. You will waste ur chance on being part of a panhal for NOTHING. The advisors have favourites and will choose them over you any day. They have ruined the mental health of other girls and truly they are dying out as they deserve to be since their rep has been tanking!! Please rush AOII if you wanna join panhal or check out some non npcs. There’s way better options, this shouldn’t be your first option or even one in general. I agree with all the people on here saying they need to go. #dissolveDPHIE

DPHIE wow only 4 girls on exec?? That’s insane…what happened to this chapter. Seems like a lot of people left and now you’re scrapping the pieces of what’s left of this horrid chapter. Feels like you’ll be the new phi sig at this point, a chapter ready to be dissolved.

DPHIE deleting ranks? Shocker. They’ve always wanted to hide their alumni who protect the mean girls. Literally they are the most bottom tier panhal we have in Ottawa. Look at the rally, they couldn’t even raise $200?? While APHI raised nearly $5?! They need to be dissolved their sisterhood sucks and they are the worst sorority to join. COB can’t save you ladies!

DPHIE is the last sorority anyone should try to join. It’s a bottom tier NPC and the fact they are trying to cover up them being on suspension because they don’t have that many members, barely can get NMs and are doing COB like it’s clockwork but nobody is biting shows y’all have been barely surviving after you let the mean girls and crazy alumni destroy this chapter. It deserves to shutdown and die. Other frats barely like y’all and you don’t even like other panhals. Rush AOII instead. #ShutdownDPHIE

Dphie has really developed over the last two years. Their media is fun and they are more social and outgoing than ever before. I enjoy meeting them at events and on campus. The girls are sweet and their leadership is clearly supportive. They make big efforts with their cystic fibrosis philanthropy and relay for life too. I am looking forward to this year for dphie.

Delta Phi Epsilon seems to be a sorority that has a strong sisterhood and is very inclusive. I was amazed by their Relay for Life efforts. I'm in a different org but I am proud of their members supporting other organizations in the Greek community whether it is attending events, sharing on social media, or supporting fundraisers. Their social presence has increased over the last year too and they're super fun.

TBH i thought they kinda disbanded bc they never did anything but they are like 100 times more active now. better insta, better social life and more active. keep up the momentum ladies, it's easier to drop hard over rising..

crazy that the truth finally comes out when they stopped deleting ranks. Truly DPHIE became super cliquey and catty for a bottom tier which is insane. I think you guys should take a semester or two off to really get it together. Rushing while you have internal drama and clearly mean girls running the show will hurt you during rush. And it’s not fair to new girls that they get thrown into the drama you have. Putting the pressure on whoever joins to save your dying chapter is a lot and if the numbers aren’t coming in through rush…maybe just maybe…this organization isn’t the right fit anymore for Carleton. Sorry to say it but someone needs to. As much as I love panhal the crumbling of this chapter is the result of their own actions towards other sisters and the fact you had some leave is heart wrenching. Since many girls saw the trashy alumni and advisors that protected their own. DPHIE you guys are lost and I don’t think you should operate anymore if you can’t change. Consider this in love only that I say this, leave with grace.
