Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Carleton University, Ottawa Canada - CU 2.6 Not the most approachable bunch. So many girls are awesome and kind, but the girls who should be (pres and exec) always look horribly uninterested in talking to other people. It's damaging to your chapter image as a whole when the people you elect into public positions such as president and social chair (who even IS your social chair? That's an issue) are not approachable or are seemingly unfriendly individuals. All around, I really like you girls, don't get me wrong. Just an opinion

Big difference between RBF and being impolite DURING a convo. So many experiences where we've had to talk to girls for events and they've been unapproachable and unfriendly. It's not just their face, it's their personality.

You're trying to say their social is unapproachable yet you don't even know who their social is??? Also I've never had anything but kind interactions with their president and the rest of their exec

I don't have to know who their social is to have heard things about their attitude. As well if other organizations don't know their social they aren't a good social. Thats really cool that you're 1 person out of like 20 who have had very different experiences, but thaaaaankksss for the feedback!!!!!

If you approach the girls on a friend level they are great girls, a lot of fun. If you try to contact them regarding their position they can be flaky and a bit dismissive

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Carleton University, Ottawa Canada - CU 2.6 Concern yourselves more with strengthening your own organization, rather than tearing down other organizations/individua ls. A lot of negativity/jealousy has been noticed and it's quite disappointed. Learn to love your organization, rather than hate others. This is genuine constructive criticism.

They're main focus seems to be their philanthropies, which they give 110% to with every event, and you can probably catch a couple of them supporting you at your event. Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Carleton University, Ottawa Canada - CU 1.2 Honestly some of the cattiest and pettiest girls I know. I think you guys have been given a rough hand of cards and are just getting started but you're all super invested in trying to make yourselves well established. you guys have pretty high standards which i like to see in a sorority. You still have some work to do but i think you guys are getting there, keep up the good work.
