Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Carleton University, Ottawa Canada - CU 2.6 This chapter is so heartbreaking. They just tear one another down while climbing to the top. There are SO MANY amazing girls in this chapter, but if they keep nit picking on every little "mistake" a sister makes, they're going to have a lot of disaffiliated members. Sorority life is supposed to be more than just the Instagram aesthetic, focus on strengthening your sisterhood. A major improvement on sisterhood is gonna be the only thing that saves this chapter at this point. Best of luck.

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Carleton University, Ottawa Canada - CU 2.8 they definitely aren't the most attractive group but the ones I see out at things are cute and a good time. It's a shame that some of these girls seem to care more about other organizations then there own because all though you can tell how close these girls are you can also tell they are a bit embarrassed to be dphie and a website like this could really hurt there chances of gaining respect, not only that but I bet there will be some pretty awful things about them on the wall next year.

As far as attractiveness goes there seems to be a disproportionate number of, er, less than ideal looking ladies. However, the one's that are attractive are at least 8's.
