I will say this frat does a okay amount on campus but there parties aren’t very good with no parking, there walls sweat and capping their parties at low numbers

While phi delt is one of the more popular frats, they’re bottom tier. Phi days have been lacking recently. Not to mention I walked in on 3 brothers kissing eachother. I will definitely not be rushing them.
