Where are they top in Missoui? They don't have a chapter at mo state and are bottom at mizzou so...

ASA and triSig are TOP here Because this was a teaching college
And those two were founded as teaching sororities before joining the NPC.
Those two along with AST and Theta Phi Alpha got a late start and never caught up in membership with the older NPCs
But you'll find little pockets of strong chapters at former teaching colleges.
