SigEp is where you join if you wanna say you’re in a frat but not actually be in a frat. They have zero brotherhood it’s insane idk if the president even knows the VPs first name. No social life and a “dry house” no girls like going here, the only thing they have going for them is for the most part they’re nice enough guys but get rly weird when alcohol and girls are involved. ( not letting girls leave parties )

They seem nice and have a great brotherhood but they are extremely socially awkward especially with girls! If they learned to be friends with girls especially when girls approach them, they would be a lot better!

The definition of a middle tier house. Were on the rise a few years ago but have had 2 bad pledge classes in a row. They don't throw anymore parties. The only thing they have is grades because they kick out brothers

They have a satellite house that grows weed-- Last year they went on probation for providing alcohol to rushee's (were dry last fall and will be again this fall as well because of it)-- and they slander other houses for personal gain. Honestly this characterizes the house as a whole pretty well; they're pretty irresponsible, not classy, and have a low amount of respect.
