4 hours a week max for me. You're most likely going to have pledge meetings, which gives you the opportunity to learn how a fraternity is run and operated, chapter meetings and some kind of pledge events. For me, I had a pledge event every single week. The pledge events I went through happened mostly at night and lasted no longer than two hours. Pledge events could be anything really, it all depends on your pledge master.
