Are any sororities besides probably AGD and AXO doing spring rush? When will we find out?

Most sororities will have COB events but they will be invite only and only a small number of girls will get bids. AGD and tri delta may be the only ones hosting public recruitment events, check the Panhellenic website in March.

How would one go about getting an invite to COB event?

If there's a house you have a lot of good friends in mention you want to join a sorority and ask if they have any COB events this year.
