which sororities didn't meet quota?

Which houses are under the quota ? I've heard many dg pledges are dropping as well as pi phi (which is usually the case)
Will enough girls drop for these houses to do an informal rush in the coming quarters ?
I know piphi and chi o have done this in the past.
