They all look at your gpa. If you don't have at least a 3.0, you can expect to be cut or land in a bottom tier. Panhellenic will tell you that in rush orientation.

Most kids who get in here have over a 4.0. If you have under a 3.0 you are either famous like that Ariel Winter girl or an athlete or have unbelievably rich parents so it won't even matter.
