Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 1.9 They are the dregs of the block. They are filthy and their rat problem has effected our house next door. The maturity level is low so you cant just ask them to handle business. We offered to help them but the just made a bigger mess of themselves as an act of retaliation. Yup.

This house coasts on having a pool and projecting the image of being nice guys. But they’ll pull all the same dbag stuff other frats do, don’t waste your time here.
