Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 2.8 I mean they're nice guys, but definitely on the geeky and awkward side. Their parties are just mediocre, and the a lot of the guys are pretty weird. Hard to believe they're still on the bottom even with a pool in the house.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 2.4 I have nothing against them, but I'll set the record straight for all the freshmen. The guys here are the guys that weren't quite popular in high school. Aka, some are attractive, but all of them are some degree of creepy and definitely nerdy (not synonymous with smart). They blast their music a bit too loud to compensate for a lot. Still a long way to go, boys.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 1.0 They had to bribe girls with wearable ears to get them to even consider their parties... turns out the girls would just take those ears and head elsewhere

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 1.8 Some are alright but then the younger ones don't really know how to the talk to the girls and the older ones somehow think they're hot but they're consistently bottom even with having a pool and parties are average at best and they had to buy bunny ears just to get girls to go to their party
