Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.2 Their local chapter has got a ton of money. well funded by alumni and that is how they throw those good parties. They have a few really athletic guys, but more the cool nerds.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.4 Over the better and relevant fraternities they really are some of the most genuine, coolest and well....least douchy. I like them because they tend to have personal goals and good internships. They are a smidgen nerdy and sort of a little like the guys on The Big Bang Theory.But overall a class act and fun to chill with.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.2 I would say they are sort of high/middle. They are super chill and cool guys. I enjoy them because they chill with women from all the houses and aren't jerks. They also have a lot of parties where GDIs come over and chill. Nice guys with a nice house.
