Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority Ratings at CSUF

The only reason why I’m giving them a bad rating is because when I rushed they didn’t go out of my way to try to get to know me like the other girls did they were very rude and stand off ish. Once I was affiliated one shoulder checked me at a philo event.

I’m in gphi this year and we used to be super cute but now it’s a messss. The sisterhoods are terrible they don’t post cute things and don’t have a cute aesthetic anymore. Literally just going downhill they literally rob you of your money. Everybody’s nice but very cliquey.

with gphi, you can never truly tell what kind of person you’re going to meet like a handful of mean, smart, nice, weird, cool… i think their best quality comes from their aesthetics. gphi always goes above and beyond when it comes to decorating, tabling, recruitment, etc. though it seems as if these past few years have really affected them socially. other sororities outnumber them at events and parties but i would like to see this chapter make a come back!

the girls are generally nice but definitely cliquey. they seem kinda fake to each other and don’t seem to associate with any other sororities

Always the sweetest girls and very welcoming. Haven’t met a rude gphi. They have a tight bond and clearly enjoy hanging out with eachother. I would consider them too House forsure

GPhi’s are lit af, diverse, & pretty. They’re always having a good time & go hard! Def gotta start rejecting some girls though, there’s levels …

I was a gamma phi beta, and went through recruitment thinking I was living the dream. After I dropped, nobody wanted to maintain friendships with me, and when I was in the friendships were all clearly surface level. If you want a genuine sorority, this is not it. If you want to be surrounded by fake girls who only care about Instagram posts & gray parties… then this is your place. You have one chance with recruitment, don’t make choices about perceived popularity. Instead choose people who choose & value you.

the best sorority on campus!!! they have the prettiest girls out of all the sororities and there top house! they’ll never ghost girls like axo, drop most there pnms in pref like adpi and they respond to there girls unlike zeta... nicest, classiest, gorgeous, and top house!! who wouldn’t want to be in gphi 😍

GPHI was friendly during every zoom meeting but you could tell they already had their preference of girls. Many times when the meetings would start they would already be talking to pnms they knew and calling them out by name which makes one feel like they’re not included. I appreciate that they did give every girl a chance to participate in the zooms and that they were up front and honest about who was going into the next round. They held a really good recruitment by sending out invites and keeping girls updated. But they shouldn’t have shown that they preferred the specific girls they already knew they wanted. Also every GPHI girl was nice but you could sort of tell it was an act.

Their sisterhood is all for show. They’re extremely cold to other chapters because they think that theyre better than everyone, THIS IS KNOWN. Many girls drop because they feel so left out and the the chapter has cliques. Literally any other chapter will tell you just how many gphis they actually know and how nice they are lol.
