Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at California State University, Fullerton - CSUF 3.8 It sounds to me you're just a hater. This is coming from someone who IS IN IFC and no, I'm not a Sigep. Sigep according to their sanctions will BE ABLE to rush in the fall if they finished a list of things they're suppose to do.
