Most frats are a couple hundred dollars per semester ($250-450). sororitys are closer like to $500-800 per semester. Some organizations, however, do a system where you make a hefty initial payment (like $1k or $2k) and then pay really cheap dues the rest of the time (like $50-100). Ultimately they all come out to costing a few grand over the course of the 3.5 years you can be in Greek Life
I've heard at other schools if you rush PIKE, they don't charge dues while you're an undergraduate. Once you graduate, you're contractually obligated to donate 1% of your paycheck every year to PIKE. Sucks.

Thank god we don't have a pike on campus. That is so terrible.
