Psi Upsilon - ΨΥ Fraternity Ratings at CNU

Love Psi U! Great parties, great guys. They're all really attractive, classy, and pretty wealthy. They can be kind of stuck up sometimes and most of them already have girls but for the most part they're good guys. Frankie is their king <3

Relatively new but hit the ground running. They will be (if not alread are) a top house on campus within the next year. They could use more campus involvment but other than that they are performing highly in all other catagories. Strong brotherhood. Dress well and have a good mix of diversity at the same time. Party quite a bit, but do it in a safe and very organized fashion. Very good risk management. Had a heavy pressence in the business school and related programs. Only time will tell.

On the rise? From what? Bottom tier non-existence? Not going anywhere.

Not really sure why they still pretend to like sig ep. Considering they without a doubt used them to get on campus initially. It's funny because they have nearly nothing in common. Pretty decent chapter, definitely on the rise at CNU.

The next best thing to Pi Kapp at CNU. Have done great in the time they've been here but are young and it shows in many areas such as involvement and molding a pledge process that builds stronger brotherhood. Great parties usually though.

LOVE LOVE LOVE these boys. they are some of the most geniune guys i know and always care about the people around them. their last three pledge classes specially the epsilons and etas are some of the nicest guys i know. all around they have an awesome brotherhood and are all sweet guys. i feel like a few of them have ruined their image by making poor decisions but as a whole love them. its also a plus that they actually know how to throw real parties too.

They are a young fraternity with all the growing pains of a young fraternity; poor brotherhood, lack of campus or community involvement and are unpopular on campus. It will be interesting to see in time if they are going to make it or fold.

They have not survived the eight year test yet, not even half that. Nobody knows if they are going to exist four years from now, how can you be top tier with that?

1. Why is CNU PD ranking fraternities on this site (see last post)? But these guys are clearly top tier. Great social life, great brotherhood, always enjoy partying with them in port. Tough to find an actual fraternity at CNU but they come closest to it.

These guys have had a decent start as a new fraternity on campus, but they definitely have a long way to go before they catch up the the frats that have been on campus much longer. Lots of potential though.
