When going through recruitment keep an open mind. You may fall in love with a chapter that you would've thought you never would if you keep your mind closed. Every chapter is unique in their own way and have their own strengths. Go where YOU think you can be a leader and find life long friendships. Don't let the comments on this page discourage you from joining a chapter YOU want to join.

all sororities take girls from Catholic school and high schools don't normally all go to the same house. It is truly all over the place. Besides, if you and your best friend from high school join different sororities, then your cicle of friends just got even bigger. You will hang out with your sorority as well as the sorority that your friend joined. I have friends in several sororities that I hang out with. You also meet girls in your rush group as well as in your dorm. The bottom line is whatever group you go with, you will hang with them, but you will also makes friends in other sororities as well. Good luck!

There are 6 top sororities in TX. Tri Delt, KKG, XO, Pi Phi, Zeta and Theta. They are top tier at most schools in TX. They are also really strong sororities nationally. With that said, There are 11 houses on Greek Circle. All of them have great philanthropies. All have well rounded girls who make good grades and are pretty. Being Greek will hold you to a higher standard than not going Greek. So, my advise would be to go to each sororities national website. Read about them. Read the important stuff like what they stand for and read the fun stuff like their colors and mascots. Learn about each one and keep an open mind when you go through recruitment. There is truly a place for everyone and you will find the place that is best for you. I wish you luck and enjoy yourself!
