Just getting general opinion, but from what I see
Tops:
Kappa
TriDelt (May be moving down?)
Pi Phi

Uppers:
Zeta (May be moving down)
APhi

No idea but either uppermid or upper: Theta (Debatable above Zeta)

Mids:
Chi-O (Not the same as they were 5-10 years ago, in a down time.)

Lowers:
AXO (On the come up for sure, may be with Chi-O in a few classes.) House is a +
DG

Bottom:
AXID
ADPI

Also worth noting:

its very hard to rank sororities here on a list 1-12, as overall they are very good. Definitely have strengths and weaknesses though.

All they do is talk about their house...News flash everyone has a new house.
Pi phi has one of smallest houses but always ranked highest.\n\n\n\n\n

AXO has consistently lost members for years.They are low tier now.
No one cares about your new house.
Everyone has or is getting a new house.
