Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Texas Tech University - TTU 1.5 1. House is old and creepy, no plans for a new one 2. Act like re.tards at tailgate and got kicked off 3. Horrible PC this year 4. Actives are hit or miss 5. 1 Good party all year (Fall and Spring) 6. Middle tier at best, definitely not top 7. Can't get a barnight with the other top tier fraternities
