Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Texas Tech University - TTU 4.0 ok, fall and spring classes this year were pretty solid. the parties they've thrown all year had been huge. only problem is a few of the older guys and a few weirdos. fall semester will determine whether or not sigep is top tier

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Texas Tech University - TTU 2.8 Top middle tier. However, they totally lack unity. Huge discrepancy between all the brothers. Everyone in this fraternity is pretty different. They do take left overs from other fraternities. Which is pathetic at best. Throw some good parties, but these guys are going nowhere in life. Most of these dudes are total morons.
