Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Texas Tech University - TTU 2.8 it's always like a rollercoaster with these guys..sometimes their good, sometimes not. I do think that these guys are more attractive than most other frats. the parties I have been to have been wild, some of the guys get out of hand real fast. great fraternity though!
