Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Texas Tech University - TTU 3.0 SAE is a complete party frat. Not going to lie they throw the sickest parties, but I never hear about any productive or good things this chapter does, only their parties. While parties are fun, I don't think I would call them top tier. A Top tier house should have the parties, but also be able to be productive in some way. It also doesn't help that classroom distractions seem to be SAE's. Just turn down some guys.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Texas Tech University - TTU 1.0 They are one of the more over rated fraternities. We had a mixer with these guys. Not very attractive and a lot of the guys are awkward.
