Phi Gamma Delta - FIJI Fraternity at Texas Tech University - TTU 4.6 Ask any other fraternity boy at ttu what the top 2 fraternities are and they would all say their own fraternity and Fiji. These boys run the social scene in Lubbock, I seriously plan my semester around their social calendar.
