They are the laughing stock of greek circle. Embarrassing to associate with them, only really hang out with ADPis. Heard a few years ago Kappa tried to buy their house to turn it into a parking lot.

Was middle tier 4-5 years ago. Now it’s plagued with geeds and weird boys. Bottom house on GC. FH is way better than them now lol. Sad parties and events. Girls go to their parties then dip right away because they aren’t the move. Nobody from other frats or sororities would want to link up with them. Not even the frat they linked up with last semester since all they do is talk down others while their lodge and members are getting worse and worse.

Delta Chi used to be terrible a few years ago but starting in 2016 I started to see improvement every year! It will continue to improve but man I wish they would renovate their house.

Not the worst fraternity on Greek Circle, but definitely in the bottom 3 this year. Members are starting to go inactive left and right. I think PNMs across all fraternities from last semester aren’t as good as a couple of years ago. Their lodge is still nasty, but hopefully they do something about it instead of promising PNMs year by year that they will fix it soon. Overall, they are an okay fraternity.

Y’all need to stop self ranking and trying recruit for rush on this site. It’s embarrassing to greek life in general. You guys aren’t a bad frat but it’s cringy how much y’all care about this site.

Hosts cringey & wacky events. They will advertise their events all over their stories, people would come & quickly leave since they hype their parties too much and nothing fun is going on. Unless you want to awkwardly stand around a bunch of Geeds, go check them out.
