Chi Psi - ΧΨ Fraternity at Texas Tech University - TTU 4.2 They're new on campus, and I'm pretty skeptical about some of the guys that got bids... but for the better half of Chi Psi, nice guys, classy drinkers, funny, and good looking. Talked to one in class today, and I guess they can't host parties until next semester because of all the new frat regulations. Still, I feel like they have what it takes to be big.
