No there isn't. The gap between top and mid tier is tiny. The gap between mid and bottom is huge though

All three of the mid tier frats listed here are a clear step down from the top tiers when it comes to housing, parties, and girls. The gap may not be as big as the mid-bottom gap but it's still very visible.

Kappa Sig is better than TKE and Sig Chi if you're only looking at housing. When it comes to quality of guys and popularity with girls, they're worse than both and almost ZBT level tbh.

tbh TKE is now ZBT level or worse instead of Sig Chi. At least Sig Chi and ZBT have better housing than TKE...

TKE is better than zbt for housing, zbt has ONE small house on lightside and it's owned by the school. TKE may have lost otr but they still have a couple ok satellites, obviously not ideal but better then nothing.

excuse me? sandlot is way better than any of the small ass houses that tke has. the truth hurts

Sandlot may be a little bigger than Gravity/other TKE satellites but it's owned by the school, which means that campus safety can literally roll in at any moment and shut something down. The only reason that hasn't happened much is that no one goes to ZBT parties. Plus all it takes is a group of geeds to claim it before ZBT any given year and ZBT is out of a house.

TKE has never been worse than ZBT. Sure they may be the “lowest” mid tier because their housing situation got screwed but ZBT is a garbage frat that bids anyone with a pulse. Even geeds who were rejected from other frats joke about how pathetic ZBT is. No person in the right mind who takes a look at the guys in ZBT and TKE would say that ZBT is better.

The first post is probably talking about quality of guys, which TKE is still better for. If Kappa Sig had the same housing issues as TKE does rn they would definitely be lower than TKE.

Kappa Sig throws better parties than Sig Chi but Sig Chi does better with girls than Kappa Sig. TKE is usually kinda in the middle (better parties than Sig Chi but not as big as Kappa Sig, and does better with girls than Kappa Sig but not quite as well as Sig Chi), though for a good portion of the year TKE didn't really do much (though they do seem to be getting back on track this quarter). When you average all factors, the mid-tier frats are about even and how you rank them depends on what you're looking for in a fraternity.
