Beautiful girls definitely a top house along with DG, but they both seem to have a lot of mean girls. Despite that, I have met nice girls in both houses too!

Kappa has done really well in recent years. Genuinely nice and fun people and I love hanging out with them because they are probably the lowest drama house. I'd say Kappa is getting up there with Alpha Phi as one of the top two houses because DG has taken a major hit in the last two years and has not done as well with recruitment

Trying to be objective as possible, yes, they are the newest fraternity here but they have come a long way in just 2 years. I would describe them as down to earth and fun-loving. Really enjoyed the mixer my sorority had with them a few weeks back. They will be moving up in the next few years.
