Pi Phi isn't ranked higher is because most of these girls are too chill to care what ranking they get on a website. Really laid back and cool girls.

Better than phi sig and sdt.... aephi, it depends when you think is good. Obviously aephi is 10x more attractive and fun, but pi phi is technically a better chapter through involvement, grades, presence etc.
