Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at George Washington University - GWU 3.0 Sig Ep is just what Pike would be like if they did crack all the time. I guess thats what passes as a top tier fraternity these days but honestly I'd just opt for the real thing rather than go for these pretenders.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at George Washington University - GWU 4.4 Has been doing pretty well for a couple of years now. Sig Ep has always been a step or two behind behind Pike to really become the top fraternity on campus though. Sig Eps are very close and generally cool guys but they don't typically dominate sports or rush like Pike does.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at George Washington University - GWU 3.0 Post below was obviously a sigep but a top tier frat should never do that poorly in the spring. Whoever ran spring rush did it poorly. Better to take a small class than needlessly take weird guys but I think this shows sig ep isn't #1 yet.
