These boys are so cute. I love going to their parties and they are extremely sweet. They are extremely involved in philanthropy events and Derby Days is gonna be amazing :)

Top frat? Not sure if this is a joke? These kids get pushed around by guys in the real top fraternities. To say they're unathletic and pushovers is an understatement.

They seem to be slipping hard. The townhouse will probably help them avoid a total collapse but their seniors are their best class and when they graduate its downhill from there. Their pledge process sucks from what I've heard and their fall class is unimpressive to say the least. There doesn't appear to be a path for them to the top anymore until they make some internal changes.

I am a freshman unaffiliated to a greek organization. I wanted to focus on my grades, but this spring I am going to rush and I am going to put most of my effort into PIKE. They are by and large, the best fraternity. Every fraternity here at GW has its pros and cons, but Pikes are generally the best looking and most normal guys here at GW. They have fun parties, girls seem to like them, though they do have a rep of being douche bags to girls. If you go to GW you quickly learn Pike is top.
