Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at George Washington University - GWU 4.0 For a while, Phi Psi was considered on the same level as Pike or Sigep, maybe even the best fraternity on campus. They've had a rocky year though, and their pledge class this year was sub-par to say the least. They're probably the number 3 or 4 fraternity on campus, but their townhouse gives them a real good chance at bouncing back in the next few years if they play their cards right. One of the good things about Phi Psi is they understand its quality not quantity. They have standards.
