Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at George Washington University - GWU 5.0 People hate on them because they aren't afraid to do them. They clearly have nothing to prove to anyone else, and just seem to be happy with themselves. So, these "Top House" claimers will be jealous because AEPi does it right with little to no effort.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at George Washington University - GWU 1.0 They were on the rise, I think they've peaked though at mid tier. They took almost everyone who rushed in the fall and had a lot of people drop. They have a good house but their standards aren't as high as some other fraternities.

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at George Washington University - GWU 3.6 They're really not that bad. Probably the #3 or #4 fraternity on campus. Pretty respectable guys with good standards.

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at George Washington University - GWU 2.2 They basically hang out with girls from one of two (now synonymous) sororities. They're fun, and a lot of them are actually pretty hot, but impossible to pin down (to be fair, a good portion of them are usually under some kind of influence at any given time of the day, so...)
