Most likely going to take the Phi Kaps spot in the top tier this semester since the Phi Kaps have alot of issues going on right now. New house, strong incoming pledge class- definitely lots of potential here.

A great place for the jocks to hang out and win intramurals. Due to sheer numbers, the brotherhood is virtually nonexistent. I had to deliver something to an officer and the first three guys I talked to didn't even know who held the office.

Phi Kapps know how to have a good time. Their house is super nice and they host some of the best parties. Not to mention the members are very attractive. They are down to earth guys that get along with anyone.

The hottest and nicest guys on campus. Every incoming freshman wants to join this house. I always see all the hot girls going over there on the weekends and have some of the best parties. Everyone respects and likes these guys. They are held to a high standard and always meet those standards. Definitely recommend joining
