Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 3.0 this was not an elitist frat. they had all types of people, even foriegn ones. they partied, but did not put frat first. they were more smart alcoholics. more open minded than most frats. constantly fluctuating in numbers like all the frats of their ilke do.
