Phi Gamma Delta - FIJI Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 3.0 this is another open frat. mainly guys who are not into frats. non-selective. huge fluctuations in numbers, as i recall. at one point the smallest frat and at one point the largest frat, numbers-wise, when i went there.
